Camping in Tennessee

Pick a spot! Sevierville, Townsend, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, camping in the East Tennessee area  is great, you can choose to be by a lake if your family enjoys water sports, or if you prefer fly fishing to boat fishing choose a spot along side one of the many rivers flowing through the area.  You can also choose a spot with spectacular views and activities in the mountains if you are into hiking, bike riding or bird watching. If you like to travel with your horse there are many horse camps available and if you are real adventurous you can do back country camping in The Great Smoky Mountains.

Also, please remember when you’re staying in any of our beautiful camping areas you may or may not encounter wildlife indigenous to the area, please do not try feeding them or leave food containers, trash or any personal belongings out that they can get into and possibly cause harm to them or you and your family.
